1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Zonit as a business ("Business", "you") — the NFC/QR tap-to-review platform operated by Zonit. By creating an admin account, you agree to these Terms. Zonit does not currently offer accounts to end customers, so these Terms apply to businesses, not the customers who use your Zonit page.
2. The service
Zonit gives your business a page, reached only by an NFC tap, QR code, or direct link, where a customer can rate their visit, receive an AI-drafted review they can edit, and choose to post it toward your Google listing or send it to you privately instead. You're responsible for keeping the business information you enter (name, category, description, images, WhatsApp number, Google review link) accurate.
3. Genuine reviews only
Zonit is built to help a genuinely visiting customer put a real experience into words faster — not to generate reviews on your behalf, incentivize reviews, or post anything without a customer's active choice. Google's own policies prohibit fake, incentivized, or solicited-in-bulk reviews, and you agree not to use Zonit (for example, by having staff submit fake ratings, or offering rewards for a 5-star review) in a way that would violate them. Every AI-drafted review is shown to the customer as an editable starting point, and only they decide whether it gets posted.
4. AI-generated drafts
Review drafts are generated by an AI model and are a starting point only. We don't guarantee their accuracy, tone, or that they'll be free of errors, and we're not responsible for the content of a review a customer chooses to edit and post. If the AI provider is unavailable, Zonit falls back to a simple non-AI template so the flow keeps working.
5. Pricing
Zonit has no paid plans in this version of the product — there is nothing to bill you for today. These Terms will be updated with pricing and billing terms before any paid plan launches, and you'll be notified before anything changes for an existing account.
6. Your content, our platform
You retain ownership of the business information, images, and branding you upload. You grant us permission to display it on your Zonit page and, where you've set a brand color, to use it to theme that page. Zonit's own name, design, and platform remain ours.
7. Termination
You may stop using Zonit at any time by contacting us to deactivate or delete your account. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, including the genuine reviews requirement above.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Zonit is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zonit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on an AI-drafted review.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Solapur, India.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Zonit changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated to active Business accounts.
